Smart Force Academy educational platform for defense company leaders
The Smart Force Academy (SFA) educational platform is a project aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian defense manufacturers in the global market by improving competencies and developing best practices for continuous learning and improvement.
The program started in July 2025 and will last 1 year. Weekly offline learning sessions take place in the format of practical lectures, panel discussions with defense business environment experts, analysis of the best real cases with the participation of leading industry practitioners.
The program is free, but requires advance registration and participant verification. The program is developed with the involvement of industry experts and practitioners, as well as with support from professional instructors of KSE business school.
