Almost 93 per cent of these innovations were designed and manufactured by Ukrainian engineers, underscoring the rapid growth and autonomy of the national defence industry.
Priorities: Drones, Ammunition and Armour
The largest share of newly approved systems are battlefield technologies with direct impact:
- Unmanned aerial systems: nearly 60 codified, including Ukrainian designs such as Tin, Tur, Mamba, Palii, D’Artagnan and Lupinis.
- Ammunition: over 40 new types of munitions delivered to the forces.
- Armoured vehicles: 18 new models added to strengthen protection and mobility.
All of these systems — drones, ammunition and armour — are the product of Ukrainian companies.
Technological and Logistical Reinforcement
Beyond strike and reconnaissance systems, significant attention was given to protection and frontline sustainment. Among the newly authorised systems are:
- Modern electronic warfare and reconnaissance platforms to counter enemy drones.
- Specialised vehicles.
- Unmanned ground vehicles, including Gnome, Prymarа-Killer, Vepr, Plushch+ and Ratel X, enabling remote combat and evacuation missions while minimising risk to personnel.
- New engineering equipment and advanced rear-logistics machinery.
Impact
The introduction of these items will sharply increase the combat effectiveness of Ukraine’s Defence Forces and help save the lives of its defenders.
